1. Log into Campus Connection
2. Click on the Financial Account tile
3. Click on Pay Online Now
   It may take up to a minute to connect to your account in NelNet
   From the front page, you can view information for any campus from which you have account activity
4. Click on the green Make a Payment button
   Account balance allows you to pay towards the total account balance
   Amount due allows you to pay toward the total amount currently due as recorded in the student system
   Pay by term allows you to pay toward the balances of any individual terms that have charges
5. Enter the payment amount in the box and select the Continue button
6. Select the payment method you would like to use
7. Enter in your account information.
   You can save your account information for future payments

Payment Methods

• Automatic payment from a checking or savings account (ACH).
• Automatic payment from a credit or debit card.
• Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 1st of the month.

Cost to Participate

• $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per agreement.
• Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

Important Information for Students and Authorized Payers

• Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
• Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must first access or set up their account and then add you as an Authorized Payer.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan

1. Go to Williston State College.
2. Click on Campus Connection and log in.
3. Click on the Financial Account tile.
4. Click Pay Online Now.
5. Click on the Williston State College button.

Spring 2025

Payment plans available starting January 2, 2025.

Fall 2025

Payment plans available starting August 2, 2025.

• Down Payments and Enrollment Fees: All down payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately.
• Payment Plan Availability: Availability is determined by Williston State College. The College may elect not to offer payment plans during specific times and dates during registration.
• Balance Adjustments: Do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped/added. Please review your agreement balance online.
